Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively lead overall store performance by developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and customer service targets.
* Foster a customer-centric culture by providing inspirational leadership and training to develop the team to deliver outstanding results.
* Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.


Skill Requirements:

* A strong retail background with commercial acumen and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a reputation for collaborative and approachable leadership style.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, manage budgets, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance, interpret and create reports, and generate efficient and compliant rosters.
