Market Operations Manager Role Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the solicitation, negotiation, underwriting, and closure of consumer and commercial loan transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct interviews with loan applicants to gather necessary information for credit decision-making purposes.
* Analyze creditworthiness to support loan approval within designated authority or before requesting approval from a co-signing officer.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan agreements and supporting documents in accordance with established policies.
* Curate loan packages and facilitate negotiations on loan structures, including fees, repayment terms, and other credit conditions, with applicants.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and non-customer inquiries regarding loan products, rates, procedures, etc.
