We are currently looking for Full Time Assistant Manager for our store in Toowoomba.

Our customers are passionate about our product – and it is important that you are too You also need to be passionate about delivering engaging customer service and leaving a great lasting impression on every customer that walks through our door.
In addition, you will also need to demonstrate the below:
* Previously held a managerial or 2IC position for at least months.
* Experience in building, managing and coaching a team.
* Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets.
* Strong communication & organizational skills
* Enthusiasm and boundless energy
* A passion for the retail & the desire to grow your career in the retail industry.
To be considered for a position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, which will include some weekends, late nights and public holidays.
