**Master Tech/Senior Diagnostic Tech (Ford training an advantage)**
Our multi-award-winning Service Department is experiencing solid growth with numerous improvements to our service process. We now need to add to our great service team.
Are you a factory trained Master Technician or Senior diagnostic technician driven to be the best in your field with a focus on customer experience, **then this role is for you.**
**About the role.**
As a Master Technician you are a **key member of the service team**, your role is to make sure that the correct diagnosis and repair work is carried out at the level expected by our loyal clients. Your experience as a Master Tech will ensure that vehicles are fixed right the first time in line with company and manufacturer KPI's.
To excel in this role, you need a combination of great diagnostic skills, attention to detail and the confidence to complete repairs in a timely manner that exceeds our customer expectations.
**Specifically, the job involves**
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with clients' vehicles
- Communicating with the technicians to establish the extent of work required and ensure repairs are carried out in accordance with manufactures specifications and guidelines.
- Communicating with customers where required, to ensure a complete understanding of the repairs required, to explain the work involved, provide regular updates on the progress of the vehicle repairs through the Service Advisors
- Dealing with Service Warranty Claims
- Complying with Manufacturer Procedures to ensure warranty claims are processed with mínimal fuss.
- Working closely with the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Working through customer concerns

- Very competitive remuneration package - hourly rate of $45/hour for a 38-hour week, plus take advantage of constantly available overtime at time and a half rates.
- Receive monthly bonuses on the number of RO's closed per month along with bonuses on CSI and budget achievement.
- On Target Earnings per year are in excess of $100000
- We offer assistance with relocation costs.
- Fulltime position
- Superannuation contributions at the statutory rate, currently 10.5% of your salary, will be paid on top of the base retainer.
- Annual Leave - You will be entitled to 20 days' (4 weeks') annual leave per year of service. Leave is accrued in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 and should be taken within one year of falling due, on occasions negotiated with your manager.
