Responsibilities
Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies, delivering excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
Manage end-point software installation, licensing, and end-user device setup and transfer.
Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk, mentoring other engineers and providing hands-on support when required.
Provide general application support and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, and create file-sharing connections.
Document tickets and technical information in our ticketing system and client information tools.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or similar role – MSP experience highly desirable.
Extensive experience in infrastructure, networking and remote desktop (Office 365, Intune, VMware, Cisco, etc).
Solid time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a background in documentation and timely ticket updates.
Relevant certifications.
Requirements
Travel on-site to our office in Welshpool and to client sites.
Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
Compnow will require a current National Police Check and a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check for all successful applicants.
