About This Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time position that offers the chance to work within a supportive team providing in-home clinical services to young people with offending behaviors and their families.
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an internationally proven treatment model focused on changing factors linked to anti-social behavior across individual, family, peer, school, and community systems.
The successful candidate will be delivering comprehensive intervention plans adhering to the MST model and collaborating with relevant agencies. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering clinical services including psychological assessments and case conceptualisation.
* Establishing intensive client contact and intervening with individuals and families.
* Identifying barriers to pro-social activities and engaging families in treatment.
* Providing flexible interventions to meet family needs.
Requirements for Success
* A Masters qualification in Psychology or Social Work is preferred.
* Minimum 4-year degree in Social Work or Psychology with relevant experience.
* Registration or eligibility for registration with professional organisations.
* A Class C Drivers Licence is also required.
