Join our high-performing Health & Safety team and help shape the future of safety across our Adbri operations SA, NT. Reporting to the State H&S Manager, you'll lead strategic safety initiatives, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Champion WHS standards and drive consistency across regions
- Lead and coach the regional H&S team
- Identify trends and implement proactive safety solutions
- Deliver training, audits, and site visits across SA & NT
- Support incident investigations and share key learnings
- Partner with leaders to embed safety into everyday operations
Qualifications
- WHS qualification and 2+ years' experience in heavy industry or construction
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 systems
- ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Confident communicator and trusted advisor
