The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of a defined region, leading an experienced field-based sales team responsible for delivering significant revenue and contract growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed B2C sales team Drive revenue performance (circa $20M) and contract volume across the region Implement sales strategies to grow market share and enter new segments Embed a strong coaching culture through hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership Support new business development and partnership-led opportunities Ensure compliant, customer-centric sales processes are consistently followed Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise lead flow, systems, tools and reporting Build strong local market engagement and brand presence What We’re Looking For: Essential 5 years’ experience in sales leadership (B2C or B2B, financial services background are highly regarded but super open!)
