About the role: This is a newly created role, working with the Member Solutions and Data team of our Medical Indemnity insurance division to meet the ambitions and obligations for the implementation of our Group Data framework and controls. Key accountabilities: Driving the delivery of the Group's data governance framework in Medical Indemnity Enhancing Medical Indemnity division's data governance practices and capabilities Driving data retention activities across Medical Indemnity in line with the Group's data retention policy Driving the uplift of Medical Indemnity's data analytics capability Helping to promote data governance and foster a data driven culture across the division. To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Data Management or equivalent. Previous experience data governance, data management or data analytics, including implementing relevant frameworks, policies and standards. Background in a regulated environment (financial services or insurance). Experience in developing and maintaining best practice process and data solutions. Experience working with customer data. Strong stakeholder management and ability to comfortably work and interact with senior stakeholders across a number of business divisions and domains.
