About the role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Health Care Services Assistant to support our Health Care Services team in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality allied health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct control testing and audits across Eye Care, Dental, and Wellbeing services.
• Investigate member feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage provider onboarding, claiming error resolution, and feedback within our Provider of Choice Network.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to embed safety and quality controls.
• Support accreditation and risk management activities.
What You'll Bring:
• Qualifications in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of NSQHS standards and clinical regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in clinical auditing, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
