Reason for the vacancy:
This is an exciting time for our company! There is a lot of work to get done as our company has recently experienced significant growth and undergoing a SAP implementation. We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader.
Your Mission
Undertake a trusted advisory position and business partner with the ANZ team, this newly created role will provide financial and commercial analysis to support strategic outcomes. Key areas of focus include:
1. Financial Management – support financial accounting team with month-end close and assist with various monthly financial tasks.
2. Monthly Management Reporting – providing insightful reporting and commentary to support decision making.
3. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling and variance analysis.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes working with key stakeholders to meet deadlines.
5. Implement controls for financial accuracy, compliance; and support internal and external audits.
6. Enhance finance processes through continuous improvement projects
7. Special Projects: Various ad hoc projects.

Position Requirements:
14. CA/CPA Qualified or relevant professional qualification
15. Proficient in BI analytical tools, SAP/ERP systems and Advanced Excel
16. Financial Modeling skills
17. Ability to comprehend complex businesses and identify cost/revenue drivers (experience in Supply/Chain/Manufacturing/Retail is advantageous).
