Our care is tailored to each individual, with a focus on workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention or finding current employment.
We work with clients to identify goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them live life to the fullest.
Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists, and IPAR is part of the global MedHealth network.ResponsibilitiesCase management (caseloads are manageable, with Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomesDevelop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employeesCollaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsWork with a variety of clients, customers and personal injury schemesComplete assessments using clinical and allied health skills, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living AssessmentsQualificationsAllied health qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation CounsellingCurrent professional registration with the relevant governing bodyStrong communication skills to build and develop relationshipsExcellent time management and ability to work autonomously and in a teamProblem-solving mindset with initiative and drive to achieve resultsPassion for injury prevention, return to work, and related health benefitsEnergy and drive to grow our servicesCurrent driver's license and access to own vehicleAdditional InformationNew team members are matched with a buddy and receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing mentoring; career development pathways are aligned with a competitive remuneration package, including bonus and incentive schemes and salary packaging optionsOnsite parking and end-of-trip facilities availableWe promote from within and offer secondment opportunitiesIPAR values health and wellbeing and offers various social events and activitiesOur values: Great People, Big Hearts, Bold IdeasConfidential discussions about the role available (REF8691X).
