For over 15 years, we have been supporting older people, and people living with disability, to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.Our friendly, compassionate and experienced team makes this possible.Duties and responsibilities include:Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistanceSocial support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointmentsDomestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipmentSupporting customers with complex and/or challenging needsMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressProvide updates on customer progress following each serviceAbout you:Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport & good working relationshipsComfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedbackWhat you will need:NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record CheckProof of of Vaccination(where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificateCurrent First Aid certificate/CPRCurrent Australian Drivers LicenseReliable, registered, and insured vehicleSmart phone with internet accessCurrent Working with Children Check (preferred)Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)Possible starts with you!
