We're seeking a multi-skilled travel specialist to join as a Travel Manager, handling corporate and leisure travel management, which will elevate your career. As part of our team, you'll work with large corporations, using your expertise in fares and complex itineraries to make professional and accurate business travel arrangements including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations using Sabre GDS.
About the Opportunity: FCM Travel Manager – Melbourne
Requirements
* Manage travel requirements and provide solutions for large market corporations.
* Minimum 2 years of corporate or leisure travel consulting experience.
* Strong international fare skills.
* Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts.
* Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
* GDS proficiency required – Sabre highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and professionalism.
* Work collaboratively and assist team members as needed.
* Maintain positive relationships with accounts and their employees.
* Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may face.
* High attention to detail.
* Strong time management and professionalism.
* Expertise in fares and complex itineraries.
All About You
* High attention to detail.
* 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
* International experience.
* People skills with networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
* Tertiary education is highly regarded.
* Good business acumen.
