Sigma Healthcare Logistics (SHL) is a specialist Third‐Party Logistics provider for pharmaceutical and FMCG partners. We're searching for a transformative Head of 3PL to set the vision, lead high‐performing national teams, and deliver a market‐leading Customer Value Proposition across our Contract Logistics portfolio (3PL & 4PL).
Reporting to the General Manager, Supply Planning and 3PL, the impact you'll make in this role could include:
* Owning SHL's Contract Logistics strategy and executing it nationally translating vision into measurable growth, service and commercial outcomes.
* Leading and developing Business Development, Account Management and dedicated Customer Service teams to win, on‐board and delight customers.
* Designing customer onboarding and profitability frameworks that scale sustainably.
* Building the plan and the numbers including budgets, KPIs and business cases that drive national expansion.
* Partnering with Operations, Quality and Compliance to lift service, improve agility and reduce end‐to‐end cost.
* Articulating and embedding our Customer Value Proposition; turn it into a competitive edge in market.
Who are we looking for?
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Operations or related discipline.
* Experience operating in a senior management role leading multi‐disciplinary team.
* Proven commercial acumen with proven capability in planning, communication and stakeholder leadership.
* Contract Logistics and/or Healthcare experience highly regarded.
* Calm, accountable and outcomes‐driven—able to simplify complexity and mobilise teams.
* Shape strategy in a purpose‐driven organisation enabling healthcare delivery nationwide.
* Lead a national portfolio with a sizeable budget responsibility and clear mandate for growth.
* High visibility: partnering with senior leadership and influence enterprise decisions.
