Our administration team is our engine room. We’re looking for our new Administration Officer to help us stay organised and informed, streamline the day-to-day and support everyone in doing their best work.
What you would be doing
You’ll be the first impression of professionalism and the behind-the-scenes powerhouse performing practical tasks to effectively multiply the productivity of the whole team.
Your day-to-day might go something like this:
· Phone and front desk reception
· General administration, word processing, document production
· Assist in event administration – bookings, room set up and catering
· Support travel requests – flights, accommodation and cars
· Correspondence – incoming and outgoing mail receipt and distribution
· Jump in and help out to keep the wheels turning and our office tidy and well stocked
This role reports directly to the Senior Administration Officer located at a different site. We are currently recruiting for both positions.

You may have experience in a similar role with sound understanding of contemporary office systems and processes.

* Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
* Attention to detail : The ability to review your own work, catch small mistakes, and maintain high-quality outputs even when busy
