Praxis Solutions is seeking candidates to support our children and young people across the South-East Brisbane region. We are looking for people who are available to be rostered for flexible shifts including public holidays, sleepovers and weekend shifts. In recognition of this commitment and flexibility, Praxis offers overtime rates, above award renumeration for sleepovers and can offer up to 76 hours per fortnight within the Residential Care Programs.

Required Qualifications
* A paid current Blue Card
* Current valid Qld driver's license (minimum Green P2)
* Recent criminal history check (within last six months)
* Qld Minimum Qualifications of either completion or enrollment in a Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field.
* Experience working with children and young people with complex needs is beneficial
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Supporting young people in Residential Care with day-to-day tasks, skill development and striving for goals to achieve optimal wellbeing.
* Implementing and providing feedback in the development of care plans and therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of young people.
* Following a weekly house planner and participating in activity planning.
* Completing professional notes, administration tasks and incident reports within a computer system.
