The position of Strata Manager has become available at our boutique agency in Joondalup. We are looking for an experienced Strata Manager but are happy to consider someone who has experience as a Strata Assistant or Property Manager and is looking to take the next step in their career. We can provide on the job training for the right candidate and support you in completing the necessary training to become a qualified Strata Manager.
Responsibilities
* Day‐to‐day management of a portfolio of approximately 40 owners' corporations.
* Perform administrative duties under the Act, including preparation and distribution of notices for Annual General Meetings, Council Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings.
* Ensure full statutory compliance of each strata complex.
* Maintain close liaison with the strata council and lot owners, including chairing AGMs.
* Prepare all related reports, correspondence and documentation.
* Manage work orders.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of strata management, building maintenance services and the amended Strata Titles Act 1985, or willingness to obtain.
* Ability to work towards the necessary accreditation.
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external clients professionally.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Experience with Strata Master is an advantage.
