Are you new to Customer and Technology Support or looking for more from your technology career? Joining our Tech Select Program puts you in the driver's seat of your career, giving you the chance to experience new areas of technology, while building on your customer and technology support and professional skills at the same time.

**Customer and Technology Support at Macquarie**

Our Customer and Technology Support team helps our businesses thrive by assisting our people and teams with technology and IT support. You'll be customer-facing and provide both walk-up and remote support for technology queries, as well as providing local hardware support for our various businesses.

As a first point of contact for people who require technology support or information, you will have an immediate impact and be the face of technology. Gaining experience within our Customer and Technology Support team, is also a fantastic opportunity to move into other areas of Technology in the future.

**How Tech Select works**

Tech Select is purpose-built for technologists in the early stages of their career. You'll join a cohort of professionals who are passionate about building and accelerating the digital enterprise.

You'll embark on a 12-month development and mentoring program across a technology discipline of your choice. You can try something new or hone your existing expertise, while working on key projects within our Technology teams.

You can start your journey in one of the following fields:

- Software Engineering
- Cloud and Platform Engineering
- Cyber Security
- Data and Business Analytics
- UX/UI - Experience Design
- Customer/Tech Support

At the conclusion of Tech Select, your journey with Macquarie is only just beginning. As a permanent employee, you'll continue shaping a technology career that's unique to you.

You're a Customer and Technology Support Specialist or technologist, or looking to become one, in the early stages your technology career, ideally with some professional experience and a relevant Technology qualification.
