* Working closely with the Implementation and Innovation Manager to learn about technology enabled care solutions.
* Taking and processing new referrals for clients.
* Scheduling appointments with technicians and responders.
* Liaising with council colleagues, customers, and third-party community services.
* Assisting with promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
* Setting up new client equipment and processing returned equipment.
* Processing and updating client data on databases.
* Managing stock in/out of the office.
* Assisting the accounts team with payment processing.
* Handling sensitive client information with confidentiality.
