About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. They will also be involved in system upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance and security of the SAP environment.
The successful candidate
* Extensive demonstrable SAP experience including at least 5 full end-to end project lifecycles.
* Strong knowledge in SAP HR or SAP S/4 HANA Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors and the integration with other HR systems.
* Ability to do FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with business and Process Architects
* Customization experience of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions and understanding of core data structures and data flows
* Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
* An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
* Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
* Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold current Baseline Security Clearance, preferred to have NV1 clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
