About the Client
A leading Western Australian-owned civil and road construction company, with operations in across Western Australia, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead and expand its regional business.

The Role
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager.
The role will be based in Perth with regular travel across regional Western Australia to various projects to ensure each job is running efficiently, and being completed on schedule.
A team of project managers and engineers, shall report directly to you.
This will be a hands on operations manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to a core team of 60+ employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive business growth by expanding the client base, securing new contracts, and strengthening existing relationships.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow regional operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Oversee tendering and quoting processes, ensuring competitive and profitable submissions.
Oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of civil and road construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage resources effectively, including workforce planning, equipment, and materials.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures to drive profitability.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
