As Nurse Unit Manager - Mental Health - Hospital in the Home, you'll play a critical role in shaping how acute mental health care is delivered beyond the hospital setting. Supporting people to receive timely, compassionate treatment at home, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver sustainable outcomes for patients, families and the wider community.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with mental health experience
* Proven leadership capability in acute or community mental health settings
* Strong clinical governance, risk management and communication skills
* A collaborative approach grounded in compassion, integrity and innovation
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience leading multidisciplinary teams in community or virtual models of care and/or postgraduate qualifications in mental health or leadership.
