We are currently seeking customer focused Retail assistants to join the team based in our Virginia store where we pride ourselves on providing excellent service. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our full range of gases, welding, and safety equipment to a diverse range of customers.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Deliver technical support and solutions with an outstanding customer experience
* Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
* Build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
* Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
* Contribute to the overall branch performance
* Accurately and timely process orders in SAP
* Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures
What Makes You Great
* Experience in a retail sales environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong focus on customer service
* SAP skills are desirable
* Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
* Forklift Licence is desirable
