This role requires a naturally high level of attention to detail. We are looking for someone who instinctively notices discrepancies, picks up inconsistencies, and takes ownership of getting things right the first time.
You will be the type of person who:
* Spots errors, omissions, or unusual variances without being prompted
* Takes pride in accuracy across data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
* Double-checks work as a habit, not as an afterthought
* Questions figures that don’t look right and follows through to resolution
* Maintains high standards even under time pressure

To be considered, you will also:
* Have experience using Xero software and raising invoices (preferred)
* Speak clearly and are comfortable talking to customers on the phone
* Have a general understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable but are keen to learn more
* Are flexible, and excited to learn new industry specific software
* Are a team player who thrives in a busy environment
* Have great communication skills and are highly organised
* Are looking to make a positive contribution to the workplace

Any experience working in a building or trades related organisation would be highly regarded - although not essential.
