ImmerCity VR is an up-and-coming Virtual Reality Arcade in Orange, NSW, offering cutting‑edge immersive entertainment. We're passionate about combining technology and fun to deliver unforgettable experiences. As we launch, we're seeking a Store Manager who is reliable, tech‑savvy, and customer‑focused to lead operations and help shape the future of our venue.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll oversee daily operations, manage bookings, troubleshoot VR equipment, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. You'll also play a key role in promoting memberships, packages and coordinating events.
This role is ideal if you thrive on working independently, enjoy immersive technology, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Employment Type: Casual, transitioning to permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week (Thurs – Fri: 3pm to 8pm. Weekends: 10am to 8pm. Extended hours during school holidays.
Pay rate: $33 – $37 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
* Handle customer bookings, enquiries, and complaints with professionalism.
* Troubleshoot and maintain VR equipment and software.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
* Monitor inventory and report maintenance or supply needs.
* Promote arcade memberships and packages.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
* Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.

* Passion for VR/Gaming: Enthusiastic about immersive experiences.
