A Senior Accountant, Overheads on a fixed term contract to deliver accurate actuals reporting, strong financial control and meaningful cost insights across our corporate cost base.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will own end to end month end accounting for corporate cost centres, ensuring accuracy, transparency and timely delivery of actuals reporting. Partnering closely with FP&A, cost centre owners and senior leaders, you will help explain performance, identify cost drivers and support disciplined cost management across the organisation.
You will be responsible for journals, accruals, reclasses and reconciliations, supported by an offshore team, and will play a key role in variance analysis, clearly articulating movements against budget and forecast. By presenting clear and practical cost insights to FP&A and operational stakeholders, you will help drive better decision making and financial accountability.
This role exists to strengthen financial control, improve visibility of spend and support the achievement of business targets through high quality analysis and trusted partnering. You will also contribute to improving reporting tools and month end processes, simplifying workflows and challenging existing ways of working where improvements can be made.

Experience & Skills That Count
* CA or CPA qualified, or equivalent
* Four or more years experience in audit or financial accounting
* Strong experience delivering month end accounting and variance analysis
* Proven ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders
* Experience with SAP and working with offshore resources is desirable
