Job Responsibilities
Running a 360 desk with the freedom to make it your own
Building relationships with clients
Sourcing top-notch talent who can hit the ground running
Writing job ads that don't make people fall asleep (bonus, you'll love this one)
Smashing targets (and being rewarded for it – yes, really)
Who You Are
You've got hustle, heart, and humour
You're a people person with a bit of grit and a lot of charm
You can manage your own workload (no micromanaging here)
Ideally, you've got some recruitment or sales experience – but attitude - everything.
You're down for a laugh but dead serious about your work ethic
