Family Support Specialist
As a key member of our family preservation team, you will provide intensive case management services to vulnerable families with complex needs.
Working collaboratively with care teams, you will deliver targeted interventions and support parents to enhance their resilience and self-determination.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide intensive wraparound case management services to vulnerable families
* Deliver assertive outreach and undertake risk assessments
* Participate in care team planning and develop creative interventions
* Support parents to enhance their resilience and self-determination
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in child and family welfare or a related discipline
* Previous experience within the child, youth and family welfare sector
* Understanding of theoretical approaches relevant to working with infants, children, young people and families
* Ability to undertake risk assessments and plan appropriate intervention strategies
* Strengths-based approach to case management
