We're looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team. This role combines hands-on order fulfilment with customer service, stock management and administration support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment (Core Duty)
* Assist with preparing daily order paperwork and promotional items
* Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Ensure all orders are checked for quality and accuracy before shipping
* Dispatch orders in the online ordering system
* Manage packaging supplies and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Inventory & Warehouse
* Receive and check supplier deliveries
* Restock and maintain product shelving
* Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
Customer Service & Admin
* Respond to customer enquiries via email, webchat and phone (order updates, returns, product questions)
* Assist customers instore with enquiries and pickup orders
* Process refunds, returns, exchanges and warranty claims
* Assist with basic reporting (sales, stock movement)
Marketing & Product Support
* Assist with website product updates as needed
* Support promotions and sales campaigns with content or admin tasks
General Operations
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in customer service, retail or e-commerce fulfilment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, basic spreadsheets)
* Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks independently
Desirable (but trainable):
* Experience with e-commerce platforms
* Customer service background
