Work close to home as a casual Randstad Educator, providing engaging and quality after school care with providers in your area. We are seeking unqualified and qualified OSHC Educators to join our team.
Our role is available in several suburbs and offers flexible scheduling via our app. Shifts run between 2 pm and 6 pm and casual workers enjoy discounts on groceries, food delivery and entertainment. Pay is available immediately through Paytime.
Candidate Profile
* No qualifications needed; you must have experience working with children. Alternatively, holders of a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education, Certificate IV in Education Support, Certificate IV in School‐Aged Education & Care, and Certificate IV in Children's Studies 4‐14 years are welcome.
* Willingness to travel to different locations in the area.
* Ability to implement quality, engaging, activity‐based programs.
* Understanding of the My Time Our Place Framework.
* Willingness to obtain a state‐based Working With Children Card, Food Handling Certificate and WA Mandatory Reporting & National Child Safety training certificate.
* Committed to Child Safeguarding and mandatory reporting responsibilities.
* Provide contact details for at least two most recent professional referees who managed you and can speak to your ability to work with children.

* Actively supervising primary‐school aged children in outdoor and indoor activities.
* Assisting staff in delivering programs that are both fun and educational.
* Setting up outside‐of‐school clubs and activities.
* Offering a safe and secure environment.
* Maintaining liaison with carers and families.
