Our client is a leader in their field and is currently looking to add a Level 1/2 Field Support Analyst to their team on a 9‐month contract basis.
The Role
You will be the core contact dealing with level 1 and 2 support queries in a field environment. This role is customer focused and would ideally suit a service desk technician who has over 12 months experience providing 1st and 2nd line support and has knowledge of hardware builds and configuration.
Your Skills
* Providing Level 1/2 ICT support in a field environment.
* Configure, Install, and test and monitor ICT network equipment, software, servers, and other infrastructure.
* Resolve problems with ICT network and infrastructure.
* Manage and report incidents and requests using the IT Help Desk system.
* Liaise with equipment and suppliers to resolve issues.
* Office 365 experience preferable.
