What You’ll Do
- Own the SEO strategy for your allocated portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Lead the full SEO process – from discovery and strategy creation through to optimisation and reporting.
- Conduct audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to design strategies aligned with client goals.
- Optimise site structure, content, and metadata to maximise visibility and rankings.
- Collaborate with content, web, and advertising teams to deliver integrated, cross-channel solutions.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Proactively adapt strategies in response to Google algorithm changes and industry trends.
Insights & Feedback
- Share structured client insights with Product and Operations to help refine products and fulfilment processes.
- Participate in departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives to support SEO excellence.
- Monitor competitor and market activity to help shape broader team strategies.
- Test and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and optimisation practices.
What We’re Looking For
- SEO strategy experience (agency background preferred).
- Strong grasp of SEO principles, Google algorithms, and how they drive results for SMEs.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog (or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience developing and executing strategies for small to medium businesses.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- A proactive, can-do mindset, eager to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- A friendly, approachable personality and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
