Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Answering phone calls and emails
General reception and office duties such as handling mail, stationary, and shopping
Being the first point of contact at reception
Managing diaries and emails
Photocopying and scanning documents
Supporting solicitors and secretaries with administrative tasks
Typing and drafting legal documents
Processing payments
