Transforming business outcomes through data-driven insights is at the forefront of this role. As a Business Development Insights Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Business Development organisation, driving regular analysis and insights to optimise contributions to pipeline and bookings.
The Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis with a focus on articulating the impact of Business Development Representative (BDR) performance to create and progress opportunities across both lead-based and account-based prospecting motions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to drive recommendations to senior sales leaders on optimisation opportunities.
* Develop weekly analysis cadences focused on the marketing to BDR effectiveness motion for both sales leaders and individual sellers.
* Support the leadership team in synthesising the impact of the BDRs to support sales interlocks and quarterly business reviews.
* Serve as the primary interlock to regional Sales Operations team to align targets, outcome measures, and performance during quarterly and annual planning cycles.
* Enable the BDR organisation on new dashboard capabilities and reporting enhancements.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Demonstrated experience supporting Business Development teams to drive strategic insights and performance improvement.
* Experience with SQL and Advanced Excel knowledge.
* Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising recommendations.
* Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal direction.
* 3+ years of experience in B2B subscription revenue environment, with hands-on analytical experience in sales performance analysis.
