Sales Associate or Assistant Property Manager – Real Estate
A leading Wollongong real estate agency is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Associate or Assistant Property Manager .
This role is perfect for someone who is confident, organised and ready to build their career in a fast-paced, client-focused real estate environment. You will support our sales and/or property management team depending on your experience, strengths and career goals. The position offers a dynamic mix of client interaction, property tasks and administrative responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential to apply.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
* Managing and responding to buyer, tenant and client enquiries
* Assisting with open homes, property inspections and client appointments
* Preparing marketing materials, listing documents, leasing forms and information packs
* Coordinating photography, signage, advertising campaigns and property updates
* Supporting agents and property managers with day-to-day administration
* Managing CRM updates, databases and compliance documentation
* Processing rental applications and assisting with leasing tasks
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance requests and communicating with contractors
* Handling tenancy correspondence and routine inspection support
* Providing professional, friendly and proactive service across all client interactions
About You
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (mandatory)
* Experience in real estate, property, sales or administrative support
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence dealing with clients both in person and over the phone
