Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to promote and support Channel engagement to meet end-user needs. Your primary goal will be to sell print solutions and products associated with Document solutions into the market.
Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, establishing new business in set vertical markets, maintaining and progressing existing business through effective key account management, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, decision-makers, end-users, and industry influencers, providing demonstrations on products and sales concepts, and staying on top of record-keeping and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong focus on customer service, a proven track record of earning customer trust and loyalty, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in Account Management or BDM. You should also be motivated to achieve and exceed set sales targets, have a good knowledge of professional photo printing, digital print workflow, color management, and managed print services, and be able to manage customer expectations from start to finish.
