Human Resources Assistant Manager Job Description
The Human Resources team is a vital part of any organization, and as an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent support to the Director of Human Resources and Hyatt Hotel associates.
* Assist the Director of Human Resources in managing the administration of Taleo recruitment database, responsible for the recruitment of entry-level associates up to and including Assistant Manager.
* Evaluate and ensure adherence to all occupational health and safety practices, actively promoting and participating in the Workplace Health and Safety Committee.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to complete and submit Divisional/Regional Human Resources reports as requested.
* Support the Director of Human Resources in the day-to-day administration of Workcover Claims, rehabilitation programs, and liaising with key stakeholders.
* Facilitate training sessions to promote overall compliance and service standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Human Resources experience in a similar hotel environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of computer proficiency.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* A people person who thrives on helping others and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
