About the Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate Line Cooks/Chefs to join our team in East Maitland. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes and presentation guidelines
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and health standards
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Assist with menu preparation, inventory management, and quality control
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Line Cook or Chef in a commercial kitchen environment
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures
* A valid Food Safety Certificate is preferred
