Chandler Macleod is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Business Partner to collaborate with hiring managers on all of their recruitment needs, support our supplier engagement and manage our contractor workforce for a major client in the Mining Sector. Responsible for a portfolio of customers, you will be the primary point of contact for any issues, escalations and all contingent workforce matters. You will build exceptional relationships with our customers and internal teams to ensure optimal commercial outcomes across Chandler Macleod.
About the Role
* Foster open, transparent, and productive relationships between hiring leaders and dedicated Rio Tinto recruiters within Chandler Macleod.
* Distribute requisitions to Chandler Macleod and Tier 2 suppliers in line with sourcing strategy and diversity goals.
* Monitor and deliver against solutions KPIs, escalating risks and recommending adjustments as needed to ensure client delivery expectations are met.
* Manage the contractor workforce of behalf of Chandler Macleod, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
* Manage contract extensions and contractor lifecycle events in a timely and compliant manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the supplier network and internal delivery teams.
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Bullhorn, meeting SLA expectations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide input to reporting and insights on supplier performance, diversity outcomes, and requisition flow.
About You
* Experience in supplier or recruitment management, ideally within large-scale MSP environments.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and Bullhorn.
* Organised, responsive, and solutions focused.
