You will be responsible for setting direction while also being actively involved in day‐to‐day HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goalsAdvise and support the Leadership Team on all HR and people‐related mattersTake ownership of recruitment strategy and delivery across the businessManage and maintain the company organisational structure and org chartDevelop, implement and oversee all HR policies and proceduresEnsure full compliance with employment law and HR best practiceDrive team member wellbeing, engagement and performance initiativesSupport and guide managers on employee relations mattersAssist with payroll processes (desirable but not essential)About YouProven experience in a senior HR leadership roleStrong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesComfortable operating both strategically and hands‐on in a smaller business environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPassionate about people, culture and organisational developmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of £55,000 – £60,000Opportunity to shape and influence people strategyA collaborative and supportive working environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
