*About The Role:
Programmed is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor*
to lead the delivery of maintenance services across a WA Housing contract in Perth. This role is responsible for the efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution of maintenance works through the supervision of Programmed employees and subcontractors, while ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong customer service.
You will lead a multi-trade team, manage daily work allocation, ensure compliance with KPIs and HSEQ standards, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* $120K + Super with additional staff benefits
*Duties Include:*
* Overseeing day-to-day service delivery, work order allocation, and reporting
* Defining work order scope, specifications, and priorities
* Leading, coaching, and developing supervisors, trades, and support staff
* Ensuring compliance with service levels, KPIs, and HSEQ requirements
* Managing customer interactions and resolving escalated issues
* Monitoring subcontractor compliance and performance
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain service excellence
* Delivering accurate and timely reports to management and clients
*What We're Looking For:*
* Experience supervising multiple trades in domestic or commercial maintenance environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
* Australian working rights
* Valid C Class Driver's Licence (mandatory)
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Construction White Card
* Intermediate technology skills
* First Aid, trade-based competencies, and building trade qualifications (desirable)
