Our Baulkham Hills store is looking for a Deli Assistant.
Some of the duties required to be undertaken include:
* providing exceptional customer service.
* aiding with the Store Manager to ensure sales potential is maximised.
* liaising with suppliers.
* replenishing deli stock when needed.
* food preparation/ meal preparation
* effective merchandising of deli products
* maintaining store presentation & cleanliness.
* supporting the store manager by making sure all required duties are performed in an efficient manner.
We expect that a shop assistant will provide a high level of customer service by:
* assisting customers promptly and politely.
* having a very strong knowledge of the product base to be able to advise customers accordingly when required to do so.
* responding quickly to the needs, requests and demands of customers.
We require candidates to have industry experience as follows:
Deli Assistant - minimum 2 years experience in a delicatessen or deli environment.
