About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Practitioner to join our energetic team, where you'll be responsible for managing the care of patients in your allocated department. Working closely with Registrars, Consultants, Visiting Specialists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your expertise will help ensure that all patient needs are met efficiently and effectively, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

In addition to clinical care, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives, ensuring that our services are always evolving and improving. You'll also be involved in educational activities, enhancing both your own skills and those of the team around you. About You

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Medical Practitioner to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- A Bachelor of Medicine or equivalent, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with patients and their families.
- The ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to quality care, continuous learning, and responding positively to change
- Full AHPRA registration not limited
