Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management:
* Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans to ensure optimal financial performance.
* Monitor monthly financial progress against established targets and provide comprehensive variance analysis to inform decision-making.
* Oversee accounts receivable, rent collection, and delinquency management to maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction.
* Prepare detailed monthly management reports for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
2. Tenant Relations & Leasing Support:
* Maintain excellent tenant relationships as the primary operational contact, ensuring prompt issue resolution and open communication.
* Coordinate seamless tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space modifications to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
* Support leasing efforts and assist in the leasing of all vacant space to drive business growth and revenue.
* Manage tenant retention initiatives and licence agreements, including car park and storage, to enhance overall tenant experience.
* Coordinate tenant activations and engagement to foster a positive and productive work environment.
3. Property Operations:
* Ensure Facility Managers conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and optimize building performance.
* Collaborate with Facility Managers to maintain compliance with Australian standards and industry best practices.
* Implement emergency procedures and business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations during unexpected events.
* Support sustainability initiatives and energy management programmes to reduce environmental impact and promote a greener workplace.
