We are seeking applications from experienced Senior Engineers or Engineering Leads to join our highly skilled design team. This is a permanent position based at our Jandakot Office. The Engineering Lead will manage a team of design engineers and oversee all engineering work, including development and validation of equipment and machinery used in offshore subsea oil well production. Equipment includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, piping, controls, and components such as pipeline terminations, control umbilical connection components, and specialty subsea products. Main responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise resources to provide engineering and technical support locally and across APAC. Manage multiple engineering and CapEx projects. Establish, maintain, and improve work processes, instructions, and procedures. Perform calculations on rental equipment and systems. Modify hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic logic systems. Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, standards (ISO, API, ANSI), and specifications. Ensure compatibility of materials and components considering environmental factors. Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawings. Conduct periodic review meetings with Project Managers or Teams. Qualifications and experience: Minimum of 5+ years in engineering, with direct supervision experience in subsea projects. Desired attributes: Ability to plan, organize, and lead teams.
