WorkPac require an experienced HSE Safety Supervisor for health and safety compliance on a local mine site.
* Flat rate of $75.00
* 2:1 Roster 12 Hour Shifts (Days & Nights)

About Our Client
Impact Drill & Blast offers mining services, covering every stage of the project from survey, blast design, markout, drilling and bulk explosives supply to firing of blasts and rehabilitation.
With over 30 years experience, we service clients in the mining and quarrying sectors.
What You Will Be Doing
This is an safety operational leadership role responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient running of the rehabilitation mineral mine site.
Duties Include
* Supervising crews, allocating resources, and maintaining operating efficiency
* Conducting pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
* Performing hazard monitoring, risk assessments, and incident management
* Liaising with project management, engineers, and geotechnical teams
* Maintaining accurate shift reporting, operational logs, and production records
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Need
* Proven experience in mining supervising - 3+ years
* Cert IV - Work Health & Safety
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing mining teams in a production environment
* Sound understanding of mine safety systems, environmental obligations, and regulatory frameworks
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Current manual drivers licence
* Other mining supervision certificates advantageous
