About the Role
As a staff specialist in emergency medicine, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care across a busy, diverse department. You will contribute to teaching, training, and supervision of medical staff, be actively involved in service development, and participate in patient safety and quality initiatives.
* 50,000 presentations annually
* 25% paediatric presentations
* Significant trauma exposure
* Regional referral centre responsibilities, including aeromedical retrievals and telehealth support for rural hospitals
* Access to a 15-bed Short Stay Unit, Cardiac Cath Lab, and modern imaging services
