We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to deliver in-home family casework services using the Functional Family Therapy – Child Welfare (FFT-CW) model. The successful candidate will provide direct clinical treatment and family casework using FFT-CW principles, assessing family needs, strengths, and risks to create child-focused treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver in-home family casework services to families from diverse backgrounds.
* Provide direct clinical treatment and family casework using FFT-CW principles.
* Assess family needs, strengths, and risks to create child-focused treatment plans.
* Conduct sessions in family homes and flexible locations, including evenings as needed.
* Work closely with community partners to ensure positive outcomes for families.
* Maintain accurate case documentation and participate in model training and supervision.
* Actively contribute to a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
Required Skills:
* Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in delivering evidence-based interventions.
* Strong understanding of child protection, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
* Ability to engage families from diverse backgrounds and address child safety concerns.
* Excellent interpersonal, time management, and teamwork skills.
