The Procurement Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the transition of business into a strategic sourcing program, ensuring alignment with procurement policies, processes, and procedures.

* Assist and educate end users, subconsultants, and suppliers on qualification, including onboarding and qualification process.
* Support diversity objectives by assisting with project-specific reporting requirements and ongoing management of diverse suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and optimal business outcomes.
* Collaborate with end users, suppliers, and the wider procurement team to influence and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
